Sheri from Florida

This is a picture of my husband Herbert with his sister Betty. She passed away last year of stage 4 lung cancer. She put up a hard battle. She was in remission when she passed away. The cancer ended up spreading to her brain and wasn't caught in time. Even if it had been, she was tired and I don't think she could have fought it. She already made up her mind that she wasn't going to do anymore chemo or radiation. My husband was heartbroken and so was I. She lived with us 3 years out of the 4 and we both took her to appointments and helped with her ADL's. She is sadly missed. She was funny and her smile could light up the room.
