I am a single parent and an only child. My Parents are both disabled and in their middle late 70's.
I graduated from college in May. Haven't found a job yet.
It is only me to take care of my Parents. They are not able to drive to their doctors appointments. We live in the country.
They tried to get it to were I could get paid for begin their Caregiver, but was told they made to much money. The only money they have coming in is their Social Security.
I fell this is very UNFAIR this their ONLY income and it's Not Much!!!!!!!
Our government is Awful and it should be taking Great Care of the Elderly!!!!!!!
I put my life on hold so I can take care of them and my Awesome Son.
Cause they are my world and I love doing it!!!!!!!
But it would be AWESOME if their was more Help!!!!!!!
