My name is Marleen. I have been caring for my sister Beverly for the past five years. She moved in with me and my husband Bob in 2012 after she had a minor kitchen fire. She forgot about having something on the stove and went to watch TV. She still insists that she never cooked anything. This was just one of may instances. Once she forgot what her car looked like and was stuck at the supermarket. Luckily Bob wanted something from the store and we happened to see her wondering the parking lot. After the fire we decided despite our health problems that it would be best for her to live with us. We both struggle with arthritis and Bob has a bad knee and we are both in our 70s but we do what we have to for our loved ones.
